I have an OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One printer. Today, I was printing, and the printer said my black ink cartridge was depleted. I replaced it, and now it says all of the color cartridges are depleted. There is no way that they all ran out at the same time, and I do not believe an explanation that I saw in another community response, as follows: "Be aware that if other cartridges might be low, it might become empty once installing the new cartridges, during the printer preparation following a cartridge replacement." Please help me get my printer going again without replacing all of my color cartridges. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd love to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
