Hi - on replacing Cyan ink cartridge (with genuine HP cartridge) I started getting the error message "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged.  Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is turned on to avoid....

Looking at trouble shooting tips - I have tried unplugging the printer for 60 seconds / tried unplugging / pressing on / off button for 30 seconds.

Then got the message "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer.  If the problem persists replace the cartridges"

I have purchased new HP cartridges and still having the above issues?

I am NOT on instant ink scheme.

Any thoughts on how to resolve please anyone?
