My OfficeJet 8025 said low ink please replace. I replaced with the ink cartridges that are shipped through instant ink. The only color that is printing is yellow, even when I chose print black and white only. I have run the clean printer head multiple times. Each time it prints the black lettering and then the yellow squares, no blue or magenta. If it could print just black I could survive but it is printing nothing. We were printing without issues moments before we changed the ink so I think this is an ink cartridge issue.
Please help!

Hi @mp424 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with the ink cartridges or the print head alignment in your HP OfficeJet 8025 printer.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed in their respective slots. Make sure they are securely snapped into place.
- Verify Ink Levels: Check the ink levels on your printer's control panel or through the printer software on your computer. Ensure that all cartridges have an adequate amount of ink.
- Clean Print Heads: You've already attempted this, but try cleaning the print heads again. Your printer should have a utility for cleaning the print heads in the settings menu. Run this utility and follow any on-screen instructions.
- Print Quality Diagnostic: Most printers have a print quality diagnostic tool that can help identify and resolve printing issues. Look for this feature in your printer's settings menu and run the diagnostic.
- Reset Printer: Sometimes, resetting the printer can resolve various issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
