Product: hp envy 6055e

It's HP Envy 6055e printer, and only black ink has issues of not staying on glossy paper. I am using holographic sticker paper, glossy sticker paper, and neither work with the black ink. I've let it dry for hours, days, and it still wipes off/rubs/smears off. It's only the black ink. I've tried it on specialty glossy paper, photo paper, and even plain paper settings on highest quality and DPI and it doesn't change anything. I've read the descriptions of the glossy papers I've purchased from, and it is compatible for inkjet DYE INK based printers which mine is. The colored ink dries instantly and doesn't smear AT ALL but the black does and only does. It's fine when I just put a laminating sheet over it but it dulls the quality and I don't understand why I need to laminate it when it's only the black ink that is an issue
