I moved from one country to another and even  I requested the original ink for my HP 9010 office Jet Pro at the store,  only cartridges available for that here  is 962. How I can use them.  All colors depleted and I can not print even in black. Please help is urgent.  Thank you and Happy Holidays.

 

p.s If you have answer so step by step.🙏

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP.   HP's web page on the subject is here.
