My printer suddenly started printing only in yellow magenta and a pink/brownish shade. I used to print thru the "wifi" way and it worked for some time, then i had to change cartridges (both) and i bought them from the HP app (HP Smart) and the printer kept working for a bit of time, but at some point it started having this issue with the colors. I tried to use the printer via USB but the problem was still there. I've already tried the repair app from HP but it didn't solve anything. The level of the ink is 50% in both of them. My printer is a HP Deskjet 2700 All-in-One Printer series and i use windows 10 as a software. Can anyone help me solve the issue?this are the only colors i get when printing.

Hi @Daniel441,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a print quality issue with your HP Deskjet 2700 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
