Product: HP printer 2130

Hi, I changed the color cartridge tried printing and it only printed black and white. I tried again and it’s only printing red and yellow. Help I need to use it to make a Tshirt on printable vinyl. Thanks in advance.

I understand that need to know that print red and yellow print will the color cartridge is also used.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix:-

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
