To HP: Please don’t say plug unplug, reset or firmware. I know how to troubleshoot and none of these are solving this.

 

My printer is brand new out of the box and all it will do is print yellow. This is a common issue I am seeing online with others and there is never a resolution or realistic troubleshooting advice.

 

1. If this is a defect how do I get my money back if the warranty is expired? 


2. Does this have anything to do with “Instaink”?

 

I have already gone through every troubleshooting step given in these forums…

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting.

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to assist you further.
