Hi @IslandBelle1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw is only printing in black and white when using Hallmark Card Studio program, there are a few things you can check to try and resolve the issue.

  • Check the print settings: Make sure that you have selected the color option in the print settings of the Hallmark Card Studio program. Depending on the version of the software you are using, this option may be located in a different place. Look for an option to choose between color and black-and-white printing.
  • Check the printer settings: Make sure that your printer is set up to print in color. To do this, go to the Control Panel on your computer and select Devices and Printers. Right-click on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw and select Printer Properties. Look for an option to choose between color and black-and-white printing.
  • Check the ink cartridges: If the ink cartridges in your printer are low on ink or out of ink, this may be causing the problem. Replace any empty cartridges and try printing again.
  • Update printer drivers: Check if your printer drivers are up-to-date. You can do this by going to the HP website and downloading the latest drivers for your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
