Hello, i've actually a problem with my Laser Jet Pro M203dw. 

I am trying to add a new ink cartridge, but after the printer initializes, the "empty cartridge" light is still on. I have updated all possible pitotes, tried with a different ink cartridge but still cannot resolve this issue.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Clean the electric contacts on the toner cartridge

  1. Open the toner cartridge access door.

  2. Remove the toner cartridge from its slot.

  3. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe the toner cartridge contact (E-label) on the top left of the toner cartridge.

    NOTE: 

    Coffee filters work well.

  4. Insert the toner cartridge into its slot, and then close the toner cartridge access door.

Hi, thanks for your help,i've try but the problem doesn't come from the toner cartridge. I've try with many different toner cartridge. The probelm is the printer doesn't want to deteck anymore any toner cartridge.
