Hello, i've actually a problem with my Laser Jet Pro M203dw.
I am trying to add a new ink cartridge, but after the printer initializes, the "empty cartridge" light is still on. I have updated all possible pitotes, tried with a different ink cartridge but still cannot resolve this issue.
