Product: HP envy 5530

Hi, I bought an original HP 301 Ink cartridge from official local retailer but after replacing this to my printer, it says it is not compatible. I´ve gone through all the troubleshooting, but nothing works. When re-installing the old cartrigde the error goes away. Is there any way to fix this or how can I get a new cartrigde to replace the one I bought
