I have had an ongoing issue with Original HP Ink Cartridges not working. I buy all my HP Cartridges at Staples and I've had this happen three different times now. I have had the same cartridges in for several months and they are getting low, but today the printer said that it detected a used or counterfeit cartridge. It also says I installed a new printer cartridge which I did not. I'm not sure why I keep having this issue. I have only used Genuine HP Ink Cartridges and have never refilled the cartridges nor would I know how to. Staples wouldn't give me a refund on the two cartridges it happened to before but the last one I put up quite the argument and they gave me a refund. I'm getting sick and tire of this issue, I've done all the troubleshooting procedures and everything is up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
