HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer

I bought an original ink cartridge ( hp 305 black) in Media Markt Store. But mu printer HP Envy 6022e does not recognize it. The message is: you nees an original hp cartridge or your payment mode is not actualized

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

My sincere apologies for the issue with your printer, I understand the cartridges are not being accepted by your printer.

 

Since you are getting an error related to payment, could you please check and let me know if the cartridges are labelled as "Instant Ink" on them?

If yes, then you need to return those cartridges and buy regular cartridges, as instant ink cartridges does not work on a non-instant ink-subscribed printer.

 

If they are regular cartridges, then follow the steps below:

 

Turn the printer on.

Open the door to access the cartridges.

Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

 

Remove the cartridge from its slot, holding it by its side.

  CAUTION: Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Touching these parts can result in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.


Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water, and then clean only the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge and the electrical contacts located inside the printer.

 

Wait 10 minutes for the contacts to dry.

Reinsert the cartridge.

Close the cartridge access door.

 

If the error persists, repeat the previous steps to clean the cartridge and carriage contacts a second time.

 

Update the firmware on an HP printer


HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
