I assume this is a connection issue with Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi Direct setup video using smartphone and Hp Smart. The printer uses only the 2.4 GHZ band
Wi-Fi direct is explained on page 37 of this User Manual
Wi-Fi reset video using control panel
Network setup video connect to modem or routers. This is the normal network setup if the printer needs to phone home to check you ink subscriptioni. WPS or push button PIN setup is explained here. This is useful if no smartphone or a problem using HP Smart.
If the printer needs to be on the router then ensure that your router has different names for the 5 and 2.4ghz bands. Log into the modem or router and change the SSID (names) of each band so the names are different. Create a numeric password identical for each band to simplify login. If you must use alphanumeric characters then do not use any from this set: ilL1aoO0D8B5S as they are easily mixed up depending on the font used. Be sure to run the application (if any) that finds the best channel for each band. Your ISP should be able to do all of this for you if you need help.
HP Smart can be found here. Usually it can be obtained from the Microsoft Store but it has been replaced by The new HP App
