My HP 7850 is cutting off lines, like only printing the top 1/2 of a text line. HELP.  There must be a menu somewhere that will allow me to run a head cleaner or alignment program, but I do not see it.  I read that there is a menu option on the control panel, where is this panel?   Should I remove the cartridges (instant ink)?  Thanks in advance.
