the printer claim code is not working , I have reset the webservice , still not working. I can get the printout with Printerclaim code but still not working. Please help

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Next disable and reenable web services for the printer and try using the new Claim Code

If the issue persists I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for assistance

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
