IT ASKED TO REPLACE THE COLOR CARTRIDGE. NOW IOT WONT RECOGNIZE THE NEW CARTRIDGE. I HAVE TRIED TO RESET, UPDATE FIRMWARE ETC, NO LUCK

@DS67, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you using HP ink cartridges?
  • What is the error you get?
  • Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
