Good afternoon sir, my printer laser 178nw bought from HP Brand Store - Mobility Square . i bought on 15/2/2024. 1 month ago imy printing got issue, print out quality not good. not even . i check with the seller. he ask me to contact HP to guide me check drum usage. and i checked my printer still under warranty. so, kindly assist to solve this issue. attached print quality for your reference and also printer ink level show in apps.
