Hi Raj, and thank you for your response. There is no error code but when i turn the printer on it reads " There is a problem with the priner or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP."
Then it gives two solutions (1) To reset the product and (2) To fix the cartridges
I've tried both but still hasn't managed to fix the printer.
Printer: HP Officejet 6600
