PRINTER NOT PRINTING WITH INK

ENVY PHOTO 6255. WONT PRINT. IT HAS INK, ABOUT A 3RD IN EACH. TRIED ALL THE TOOLS. CLEANED HEADS WITH ALCOHOL. SHOOK THEM. NO CLUE. TESTS PAGES NO INK OR PRINTING ANYWHERE. WHEN I SWQP THE CARTRIDGES INK IS VISISBLE ON THE CUE TIP
