@HUMP2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're thrilled to have you on board!

Could you please elaborate on what's happening with your printer? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

Meanwhile, if your HP printer is printing blank pages, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Ink or Toner Levels

  • If you're using an inkjet printer, check if the ink cartridges have enough ink.
  • If it's a laser printer, make sure the toner isn’t empty.
  • Replace empty or low cartridges if necessary.

2. Remove & Reinsert Cartridges

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Take out the ink or toner cartridges.
  • Clean the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth and reinstall them properly.

3. Run Print Head Cleaning (For Inkjet Printers)

  • Open HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart App.
  • Go to Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead and follow the instructions.
  • Print a test page to check if it improves.

4. Check Paper & Print Settings

  • Ensure the paper is loaded correctly.
  • Go to Printer Preferences in your computer settings and check if it’s set to "Draft" mode (which can cause light or blank prints). Switch to "Normal" or "Best" mode.

5. Try a Different Document

  • The issue could be with the specific file you’re printing. Try a different document or a test print.

  • Restart your computer.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

7. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to HP Support and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Uninstall the printer from your computer, restart it, then reinstall the printer with updated drivers.

8. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect it from power for 10 minutes.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
