Hi @ASHU118,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I understand that your HP printer is not printing the cyan color and is printing very slowly. These issues are commonly caused by clogged printheads, low or improperly installed ink cartridges, or print settings configured for high-quality output.

Fix the Missing Cyan Color:

  1. Run Printhead Cleaning:

    • Open the printer settings or use the HP Smart app and run the Clean Printhead/Clean Cartridges tool. Repeat the cleaning cycle up to 2–3 times if needed.

    • This helps clear dried ink that may be blocking the cyan nozzle.

  2. Check the Cyan Ink:

    • Ensure the cyan ink tank or cartridge has sufficient ink.

  3. Reseat the Cartridge:

    • Turn off the printer, remove the cyan cartridge, and reinstall it securely until it clicks into place.

Fix Slow Printing:

  1. Change Print Quality:

    • Open Printer Properties or Printing Preferences and set the print quality to Normal or Draft instead of Best.

    • Higher print quality settings can significantly reduce printing speed.

  2. Clear the Print Queue:

    • Delete any pending print jobs, then restart both the printer and your computer.

    • This clears any stalled jobs that may be slowing printing.

If the cyan color is still missing after completing these steps, please let us know your printer model and whether the issue occurs on all print jobs or only specific documents.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.
