Hi @JAGRUTI1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the print quality issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Toner Levels

  1. Ensure that the toner levels are sufficient. If the toner is running low, refill the toner to improve print quality.

Clean the Printer

  1. Clean the Printhead: Open the front cover and gently clean any visible toner residue.
  2. Clean the Transfer Roller: Carefully clean the transfer roller with a lint-free cloth.
  3. Clean the Paper Path: Remove any debris or dust from the paper path.

Use Quality Paper

  1. Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper suitable for laser printing.
  2. Check that the paper is not damp or damaged, as poor paper quality can affect print output.

Adjust Print Settings

  1. On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w and select Printing Preferences.
  3. Adjust the print quality settings to ensure they are set to the highest quality.

Update Printer Firmware

Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

Run Print Quality Diagnostics

  1. On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Settings > Printer Maintenance.
  2. Select Run Print Quality Diagnostics and follow the instructions to detect and fix any print quality issues.

Factory Reset the Printer

Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.

Check Network Connections

  1. Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network or computer.
  2. A weak connection can sometimes affect print quality.

I hope this helps.
