Although I really like my ink cartridge subscription with HP, I am about ready to cancel my subscription. All I want to do is to go to the page which will shows my current page usage count, and I can't even seem to be able to do that. What the heck has happened, it used to be so easy and now HP has made everything so difficult. HELP!

Hi @Shelby4

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your frustration with trying to find your current page usage count on your HP Instant Ink subscription. While HP has made some changes to their website and account management interface, you can still access this information with a few steps. Here’s how you can easily find your page count and account usage details:

1. Log Into HP Instant Ink Account

  • Step 1: Open a web browser and go to the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Step 2: Log in with your HP Instant Ink account credentials (the username and password you used when setting up your subscription).

2. Navigate to Account Dashboard

  • Once logged in, you should be on the Account Dashboard.
  • Look for sections related to usage or page count. HP may have reorganized the layout, but it’s still typically found in the dashboard under a “Usage” or “My Account” section.

3. Check Your Monthly Usage

  • On your HP Instant Ink Account page, there should be a section for Monthly Usage or Printing Activity. This will show you how many pages you've printed in the current month and possibly in past months as well.
  • The page count and status of your ink levels will typically be shown here, alongside your subscription plan details.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
