Page count

I’ve been trying to print photos using 4x6 photo paper and at the start the printer will fully print 2-3 pages then it will start leaving 3/4’s of the pages blank. I’ve tried turning it off, cleaning and swapping the cartridges but the problem still occurs, however when I print on a4 paper it’s fine. So I was wondering whether these 3/4 blank pages would be counted towards my instant ink page count and if so who can I contact to get pages back?
