Hi I recently signed up for HP Instant Ink and signed up for the 100 pages per month plan. Unfortunately it has miscounted the pages I printed as I had been printing using old cartridges that I had and not the ones that were sent to me through my HP Instant Ink plan. So it has mistakenly recorded that I went over my plan when I had been using my old cartridges. Please rectify this error. Thank you

I would also like to add that the printer has been re-printing jobs that has already completed. This has been wasting my ink and pages. I am not sure why it is doing this even though I see on the printing queue that I have only sent one job. Even when I click cancel print and/or press the cancel button on the printer, it is still printing. It has been contributing to the error with the miscounted pages. I don't want to be penalize for things like this with my subscription. If there are no resolutions to fix this kind of error for miscounted pages, then I will be sure to cancel my ink subscription promptly.
