Hi @Hanaa123

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for sharing what you’ve already tried—I can imagine how frustrating it is to see light blue prints and incomplete output even after replacing the cartridge and running cleaning cycles.

You’ve done the right thing by staying persistent, and I’ll guide you through a focused recovery path.

Step-by-step actions to resolve light blue and incomplete printing

1. Check ink levels and ink flow visually

  • Open the ink access door and inspect each tank
  • Confirm that cyan, magenta, yellow, and black tanks are filled and ink lines are visibly charged
  • Gently tap each tank to release any trapped air bubbles

2. Run Level 2 printhead cleaning

  • Open the HP App > Printer Settings > Maintenance > Clean Printhead
  • If available, choose Level 2 cleaning
  • After cleaning, print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page to check color blocks and alignment

3. Use plain white paper for alignment

  • Load unused, bright white A4 or Letter-size paper
  • Avoid colored, glossy, or recycled paper
  • In the HP App, go to Printer Settings > Tools > Align Printhead
  • If alignment fails, note whether the page prints at all or stalls mid-process

4. Check for clogged nozzles or missing colors

  • Print a Print Quality Report from the HP App
  • Look for missing or faded color blocks—especially magenta and yellow
  • If any color is absent, the issue may be a blocked nozzle or ink delivery fault

5. Update printer firmware manually

Let me know how the printer responds after these steps.  You’re doing everything right by staying proactive, and I’ll be here to help restore full, vibrant output.
