Paper printed with dirty stain clone

The paper print from the printer seems to have half page of dirt from previous print.

the printer is still under warranty, i saw youtube teach user to open up and clean but since its under warranty i do not want to follow through. what can i do to solve this issue? i am from malaysia. any expert can guide through?
