HP Envy 5540 printer
The part in the printer that holds the 'rubber' pads that are at the bottom/in contact with the nozzles of the ink cartridges seems loose. Can I check if it is not supposed to be like that, that is it is not supposed to move? also, what would the name and model no. for this part? Thank you.
