Product: ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Both my b/w and color cartridges show as half full but yet when I try to print, very faint print shows on the paper. I have tried both cleaning and alignment functions but no improvement. Looking for help on next steps. Thanks, Brian

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer itself.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
