I have tried the cleaning methods many times and every time it prints this page off it is faded on the same parts of it, the end of the 1st line, the end of the 4th line and the black colour box. All other colours are printing as expected. Why is this? Is it a problem with my black ink cartridge? HP Instant Ink tells me my ink levels are high and I haven’t got another to replace with.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
