Whenever I try to print, the whole of the top left quarter of the page is super patchy and impossible to read. This happens whether I print from my Mac laptop, my PC laptop or my iPhone, and in both black & white and colour. I've followed all the troubleshooting but nothing helps. I've tried to contact HP but they won't help me as it is out of warranty. Is there anything else I can try or shall I give up and get a new one with a company that actually has decent customer service. Any thoughts appreciated, this printer is worse than not having one at all!

Good morning,

Thank you for looking into this. It does happen on copies. I have no spare ink and have no way to request any more (as my printer is out of warranty, I have zero support options).

It could be a hardware issue here since this happens on copies too. If you'd like to try another set of ink to see if that helps, please do.
