DeskJet Plus 4100 All-in-One printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am enrolled in the smart-ink programme and while my printer is telling me that both cartridges are full, when I printed today, after two or three pages, the document started to look patchy. I have ran through all the diagnostic tools (cleaning and aligning) and while the print quality diagnostic page improves after the cleaning, it is still not perfect, and it also doesn't last. I think the issue is mainly with the black-ink cartridge but I don't have a spare one to try as the smart-ink programme has not sent me another set of cartridges. Please help!. I rarely use the printer but need it to work correctly when I do have a requirement to print.
