Hi @HM751,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to pause your HP Instant Ink subscription will not cause you to lose your current plan or accumulated rollover pages. However, there are some key points to be aware of:

  • Retention of Plan and Rollovers: Your current plan and any accumulated rollover pages will remain intact while your subscription is paused. These benefits will still be available when you resume the subscription.
  • Page Monitoring During Pause: While the subscription is paused, you won't be charged for your plan, and you cannot print using Instant Ink cartridges. If you need to print during this period, you'll need to purchase standard ink cartridges.
  • Resume Subscription: You can reactivate your subscription at any time, and your plan and rollover pages will resume as they were before the pause.

Refer to this document: HP Instant Ink - Manage your account (Pause your subscription)

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
