I bought the Printer, I used my own paper, and I bought the Ink cartridge, so Why do I pay HP more when I print more?

Because you are paying by printed page not by ink you consume, if you buy ink and print paged those pages will be charged to you. You can find more details in the terms and conditions you signed.
