When going to update card details, a pop up appears to request additional security via log in to my banking app or send a text, though I can scroll to see these options, if I let go, scroll goes back to top, if I try to choose an option while holding the scroll, I am not able to choose an option.
So:
How do I update my payment method and as such, how am I able to use my printer - ie print?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?
Are you referring to Instant ink payment?
