Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have the HP Ink Tank 319 that suddenly got error light on cartridges,

I have done hard reset and clean the copper contact also, when do the diagnose it said the error is
"Pen in right chute has error (12)"

I have refill the blank ink and also change the black cartridges, and the error on diagnose still there

 

anyone can help what I need to do?

I see that you are getting error light on your HP Ink Tank 319 printer.

 

Please follow the steps from page 63 of this User Guide.
