Hi @BidyenduBiswas,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 stops printing, especially when you need it urgently. Let’s go through the most effective steps to get it working again:

Common Causes

  • The printer is offline or not connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Ink levels are low, or the printhead is clogged.
  • Driver or firmware issues.
  • Print queue is stuck.

Step 1: Check Basics

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and the Wi-Fi light is solid blue (not blinking).
  • Verify ink levels if any tank is empty, and refill before proceeding.

Step 2: Reset Printer

  • With the printer on, unplug the power cord.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power on.

Step 3: Clear Print Queue

  • On your computer:
    • Windows
      • Press Win + R, type services.msc, find Print Spooler, click Restart.
    • Mac
      • Go to System Settings → Printers & Scanners → Open Print Queue → Cancel all jobs.

Step 4: Update Drivers & Firmware

Step 5: Printhead Cleaning

  • On the printer control panel or via HP Smart App:
    • Go to Maintenance → Clean Printhead.
  • If print quality is still poor, perform Deep Cleaning.

Step 6: Reconnect to Wi-Fi

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
