Product: Officejet 3830

Printing low quality color of photos. I'm even using HP Photo Paper and a subscriber of Instant Ink. The color scheme is like in sepia. The photo taken is in very high quality. I already run diagnostic report, clean ink smear, clean printerhead. I'm also still good on ink levels. I don't know what else to do or check.

Does it happen only on photos? Are the other document printing well?

 

Were the photos always printing like this?
