HP ENVY Photo 7155
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I saw this same question posted 3 years ago here. My new 7155 is doing the same thing. I have playing with all the print settings, tried RGB and CMYK, followed all the steps from Raj, the HP Rep's response, and I'm still seeing too much red in my prints. Yellows on screen look orange on paper.

I am at a loss as to what to try next. I am a graphic designer, and need color fidelity. Help!

I understand the print quality is not good. To assist you better, are you using HP ink cartridges?

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

Update the printer firmware

Yes, I am using HP ink. And I have tried the steps in the other document. And my firmware is up to date. My problem is unsolved.

@LynchGraphics

That's unfortunate. I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
