Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm at my wit's end!  I had to change the black ink cartridge in my photosmart 6415 printer.  After that, no more printing black ink!  I've tried 3 different cartridges, nothing.  I've cleaned the heads multiple times, Ive aligned multiple times.  Followed every recommendation on the previous forums about resets, head cleaning etc..   the only clue, is after alignment the error message is alignment failed with cartridges are not calibrated.   I really can't avoid a new printer and I need to be able to print!

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair/upgrade.
