Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased from HP.com, cartridge black ink 74 for my C4408 all in one printer.  The cartridge was packaged with 74 on the box and on the side my printer model.

The website also indicated the correct ink cartridge replacement as 74.

I noticed on the new cartridge 74/350 140/860, which was different than 74 on the old cartridge.

After several attempts of trying to install the cartridge, I kept getting the incompatible error.

I spent hours reading and doing everything the virtual assistant said, trouble shooting, and etc.

It would appear to me that either it's been packaged incorrectly, or HP no longer makes 74 black ink for this printer and knowingly sold this other ink cartridge.

However, I noticed other comments on this forum have the same issue.

I want a refund and or a correct replacement.

Anyone else have this issue?
