Hello HP Support Community,
After installing a pair of HP ink cartridges in my Photosmart C4680 and running a "successful" alignment process, the black and color ink print misaligned by about 1/16 of an inch vertically - the color ink is shifted toward the bottom of the page compared to the black. I have run several nozzle cleaning cycles and re-alignments. After scanning the re-alignment page, my printer always says the realignment was successful, but the mis-alignment has not be fixed or reduced at all.
Is there anything else I can try to address this issue?
Thanks,
Corbin

Try to purchase older 60 ink from Ebay (not from Malaysia plant). Expire 2019,2018. Should work. See posting:
I had recently purchased 60 ink for my C4680 and 901 for my J4450 and BOTH were misaligned like you describe. Inks were Malaysia 2022 date. I have found the ink nozzle gold area slightly different position on the new vs the old inks. About 1mm or less, hard to see.
