Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received a brand new Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw for Christmas and when I started printing in color - I noticed a pink glow on all of the text.

So - I researched and calibrated the color a dozen or so times - still no change.

So - I pulled out all the cartridges that it came with and put them back in - and no change.

So - I reset the printer to all default settings - and still no change.

What else do I do except return this printer???

How do I get rid of the pink glow around all my text when I print in color???

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This looks like a cartridge or a printer issue. If you've any other set of cartridges, do try. Else you can contact the phone support team to send you a set.
