HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Just changed the black ink cartridge on HP Envy 6400 All-in-one printer. The print jobs now are of poor quality even after cleaning the print head multiple times and doing the print align function. Printer functioned perfectly fine before. It started printing blank in black ink. I checked the print cartridge level and saw that it was very low and so I changed the cartridge. It now prints but is poor quality like I mentioned. The cartridge is through HP's printer service so that shouldn't be the issue.

I'm replying to my own post on this topic. After letting the printer sit for a while, I performed the cleaning print head function 4 more times and the issue resolved. I guess I didn't know you'd have to repeat the task more than two times to get it to work fully. Anyway, it prints with perfect quality again, so issue is resolved.
