Product: 8210 Deskjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a new printer. First color photo I print prints with 1 inch transparent bands both horizontally and vertically. The image is printed in landscape mode. The color seems acceptable but photo is useless.

My apologies. After not getting any replies the first day I went to tech support and left you hanging. I had other issues. To answer you question It has only been happening with pictures. I have removed and reinstalled the cartridges. No change. copy of printed samplecopy of printed sample
