I have a problem with my HP Envy Photo 7855 printer's quality. The color ink works great, but the black ink's quality isn't good at all. It's not good in that when I print something using the black ink, it is majorly streaked and unreadable. I have tried several things to troubleshoot this problem, including the following: running the cleaning option on all three levels several times over several days, manually taking out the ink cartridges and cleaning them, as well as using the alignment option every day for several days. That's all I've been able to find online for troubleshooting, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

@Velara09, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
I see that you have performed all the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.
Have you tried using an alternate black ink cartridge and check if that helps? By this, we can conclude if the issue is with the current black ink cartridge or the printer itself.

Thank you for the response. If you have tried all the steps and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue either with the black ink cartridge or the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
