It keeps repeating it's self i Have had trouble trying to contact technical support through the HP website support pages. It's been an horrendous experience. one i do not wish to go through again. So this is my last opportunity to try and find a solution to my problem. I have an instant ink account but I am having poor printing(page) is not clear I have my printer connected to instant ink which tells me my ink cartridges are OK so my question please is why is it not printing very good thank you

HP Virtual Agent
The HP Virtual Agent is not AI -- the HPVA is a program that uses a database to answer basic questions. If the agent cannot answer a query, repeating the question does not always improve the response. It's worth a couple of tries, then move to something else.
==============================
Print Quality
In general,
Subscription cartridges work like other cartridges -- the differences between Instant Ink cartridges and non-subscription cartridges are not related to the quality of the printing.
Example - Start here
Troubleshooting > Topic Printing > Subtopic Print Quality
HP DeskJet 2600, 2700, 4100, 4800 printers - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Instant Ink - Connection and Service
" is not clear I have my printer connected to instant ink "
The printer must be connected to your network and to the Internet and the Instant Ink service using Web Services.
The second connection -- Web Services -- connects the printer to the Internet and the Instant Ink service.
The service monitors the printer -- when ink is needed, the printer notifies the service and ink is sent to your contract address.
If Web Services is down, you will usually see a message to that effect -- I believe the alert is sent to you via Email though the alert might be posted in other ways, too.
In the case of all Instant Ink questions for which you cannot find the answers in the printer's Troubleshooting category, consider contacting the Instant Ink Support team in your region.
