Hp Deskjet 2722- Poor Ink Quality. This printer has been sitting idle for 2 months in the summer. I am returning (August) to use this printer; the cartridges were new in June of Hp Quality.
In testing the printer on my own, before use on my project, the ink did not print evenly on the page. Parts were super light and others were bold.
1. I took out the cartridges and shook them to spread the ink or delete clogs.
2. I looked up what to do for Quality Print Tool.
3. Align printhead a couple of times
4. Cleaned the printhead several times
5. Ran Diagnostic Tool to diagnose and fix a couple of times. No issues found.
6. Tried the Virtual Assistant and she only spoke in Spanish no matter how many times I changed it to English!
7. Each test page has come out with less and less ink but the cartridges are full.
8. They are probably clogged but I do not know what to do from here. Cartridges are expensive.
