I have been trying to get a replacement toner cartridge for 5 weeks now, when I eventually through to somebody on the phone (on line is a complete waste of time) I am repeatedly passed around departments, often to 'dead' numbers. When I asked for an alternative number I was given a non existent one - This happened three times this morning!
Being a persistent type I kept redialling until someone deigned to agree to send some toner out to me. This happened 23/12/23, 20/01/24 and today 03/02/24. The first 2 promised deliveries haven't arrived and I have no great faith that one from today will arrive either.
How do I launch a formal complaint, or can I return the printer to HP as unusable?

What is the problem with your toner cartridge and where did you buy it?
Defective HP toner should be returned to the place of purchase.

Hi, I think you’re misunderstanding the issue. I haven’t got a faulty cartridge
I can’t get a cartridge at all.
I want to complain to HP about the rude and unhelpful customer service staff. How do I do that?
